Collin Ellsbury is an ambitious actor, singer, guitarist, and keyboardist from Fort Dodge, Iowa, who has been blessed to work with some of the finest performers and teachers in the United States and abroad. Collin maintains a highly active performance schedule, which has included rewarding performances in both The Sound of Music and La Bohème at the Bay View Music Festival in Petoskey, MI—where Collin performed at the renowned Great Lakes Center for the Arts. Collin has also been seen in The Last Five Years in association with Fort Dodge Fine Arts and Fort Dodge Choral Society, performing at the Kimmel Center with Broadway Dreams Foundation, and at the NATS NYC 2022 National Musical Theatre Competition as a semifinalist.
Collin has a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from New York University, and performed in multiple productions at NYU—including musicals such as the February 2024 production of Titanic directed by Ted Sperling and operas such as Jake Heggie's Two Remain.
Collin received his undergraduate degrees from Oklahoma City University. While there, Collin performed major roles at OKCU's esteemed Opera and Music Theater Company, including Little Women, The Threepenny Opera, Closer Than Ever, and Così fan tutte.
Collin has also received performance training from Millikin University, the Broadway Dreams Foundation, and the International Lyric Academy in Vicenza, Italy.
